Simulated Thatch

Simulated thatch is an innovative roofing material designed to mimic the appearance of traditional thatched roofs while offering enhanced durability and ease of maintenance. Often made from synthetic materials, simulated thatch is gaining popularity in both residential and commercial applications.

1.  UV resistant PE 
The simulated straw is processed with UV resistant raw material PE and added with anti-aging agent, so that the straw is not easy to age and can be used longer. 
2. Strengthen the base fabric 
Using high-performance base fabric to enhance strength, increase weather resistance, reduce shrinkage rate, and make grass fibers more firmly fixed, allowing simulated thatch to be used all day without being affected by temperature differences. 
3. Healthy and high-quality adhesive backing 
The bottom of the simulated thatch is coated with high-quality and healthy styrene butadiene latex, which makes the grass fibers more firmly fixed and the bottom thicker and more wear-resistant. 
4. Easy installation 
The bottom of the simulated thatch is soft, like a carpet, and the paving is not limited by the shape of the installation site, suitable for any roof and flat surface. It can be nailed or glued with universal glue.
